Libra Class-Action Revelations: Milei Token Was in the Works 1

Libra Probe Continues: A Milei Token Was Discussed at Some Point

The class action lawsuit that Libra organizers are facing continues to reveal relevant information about the groups behind the token and their plans to launch other tokens. Max Burwick, the plaintiff against Libra’s group, presented evidence released by a confidential informant that indicates there was a larger degree of organization behind Libra and other meme tokens.

Screenshots provided by this confidential informant and presented to federal judge Jennifer Rochon reportedly show Hayden Davis, from Kelsier Ventures, gloating about having marketing exclusivity for “government stuff” in Argentina.

Davis revealed to the informant that he planned to launch another token called Milei, as part of a larger political token portfolio that would also include Melania. The revelations would be consistent with earlier reports indicating that Davis alleged he controlled Milei’s actions through bribes sent to her sister Karina, who serves as General Secretary of the Presidency.

The images, if proven true, also hint at a larger involvement of Meteora co-founder Benjamin Chow and Axiom, an undisclosed group, behind Libra and other tokens launched on Solana at that time. “Axiom are the guys that did all these tokens lol,” Davis told the informant.

Burwick highlighted that the purpose behind these revelations was to prove there was a real risk of losing over $58 million worth of USDC unfrozen by Rochon. He requested a revision of this measure to avoid irreparable harm, as those in control of these funds could dissipate them by exchanging them for other non-traceable and unblockable assets.

Meanwhile, in Argentina, the prosecution is now examining the content dumped from seized phones to determine if President Milei and his sister Karina exchanged information with Libra’s promoters before and after the token was launched.
